Responsibilities

As a VOIP technical support engineer, I provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames through issue reproduction and scenario testing. I provide troubleshooting of VoIP installation, configuration, and deployment. I assist Marketing team in delivering technical presentations internally and externally through webinars in Asia Pacific region

 

Training
From times to time, I deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders. I devise technical training session and webinars, prepare training material PPT presentations etc.), execute new product training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in Asia Pacific countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and India.
