How to get rid of the Dual Accounts Display?

Issue Description Line 1's account 1 is shown duplicating at the phone's LCD screen on model GXP16XX.

Setting Navigate to Settings > Programmable Keys > Programmable Keys > LINE 2 set to Account 2
